Introduction

The Founder and General Manager, Abdulnasir Alsohaibani, earned his bachelor’s degree in Sharia from Imam Muhammed Bin Saud Islamic University, graduating in 1979, followed by a higher diploma from the Higher Institute of Judicial Studies. Over the next decade, Mr. Alsohaibani gained extensive experience in both commercial and legal fields before founding Abdulnasir Alsohaibani Law Firm in 1987, which has since evolved into Sohaibani & Partners Law Firm.

As a practicing lawyer and legal advisor for over three decades, Mr. Alsohaibani has garnered the trust and respect of major companies, prominent businessmen, government agencies, and high-ranking officials. His deep expertise has also led to his involvement in numerous governmental forums and committees, as well as serving as a board member for various influential and charitable organizations.

Mr. Alsohaibani has played a pivotal role in shaping the legal landscape in Saudi Arabia. He has been instrumental in the drafting of key laws, including the Investment Law, Arbitration Law, Enforcement Law, and the Saudi Bar Association Law. His contributions extend beyond lawmaking; he has served as a founding member of the Saudi Bar Association’s Board of Directors, and as the previous Chairman of the Attorneys Committee in the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce.
