After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Law from the College of Law and Political Science at King Saud University in 2012, Mr. Tarek embarked on his legal career at Sohaibani & Partners as an associate. His dedication and potential were quickly recognized, leading him to further his education in the United States, where he earned a master’s degree in International Business Law in 2015 and a second master’s degree in Law & Government, specializing in Intellectual Property, in 2016, both from American University in Washington, DC.

Upon returning to Saudi Arabia, Mr. Tarek rejoined Sohaibani & Partners and swiftly rose through the ranks to become a Partner. Deniz Al Sohaibani
Introduction:
Deniz Kozakci Alsohabani earned her Bachelor of Law from Bilkent University, one of Türkiye's most prestigious institutions. She began her legal career as a trainee lawyer at a top-tier law firm in Türkiye, where she developed a strong foundation in legal practice. She furthered her education by obtaining an LLM in Law of Economics from İstanbul Bilgi University. In 2015, Ms. Deniz pursued advanced studies in the United States, completing a second master’s degree in Business with a specialization in International Trade from American University in Washington, DC.

Upon returning to Türkiye after her studies, Ms. Deniz joined a highly respected law firm specializing in Competition Law and Data Privacy.
Career at Sohaibani & Partners
Her growing expertise and contributions in these areas led her to join Sohaibani & Partners in 2018 as a Senior Legal Consultant. Her exceptional contributions to the firm, particularly in the areas of Competition Law, Intellectual Property, Labor Law, and general Business Law, led to her promotion to Partner at the Dubai office in 2023.
Unique Position and Impact
Ms. Deniz is the only active Turkish lawyer registered under the Saudi Bar Association as a legal practitioner, a distinction that highlights her unique position in the region. Over the past seven years, she has played a pivotal role in bridging the legal markets of Türkiye and Saudi Arabia, helping to attract Turkish companies to the Saudi legal market and significantly increasing the representation of Turkish clients before Saudi courts.
As a partner at Sohaibani & Partners, Ms. Deniz has been instrumental in the growth and development of the firm's Dubai office. She has led initiatives to expand the firm’s services in the Middle East, particularly in Competition Law, Intellectual Property, and Labor Law.
Abdulnasir Al Sohaibani
Introduction
The Founder and General Manager, Abdulnasir Alsohaibani, earned his bachelor’s degree in Sharia from Imam Muhammed Bin Saud Islamic University, graduating in 1979, followed by a higher diploma from the Higher Institute of Judicial Studies. Over the next decade, Mr. Alsohaibani gained extensive experience in both commercial and legal fields before founding Abdulnasir Alsohaibani Law Firm in 1987, which has since evolved into Sohaibani & Partners Law Firm.

Introduction
Mr. Omar Alsuhibani earned his Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Saud University in 2012 and began his legal career at Abdulnasir Alsohaibani Law Firm. To further deepen his legal knowledge, he pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of California, Davis, where he specialized in key areas that are central to his current legal practice.
